About

Hi there, my name is Jeremy and I'm a health coach, personal trainer and meditation teacher at JC Health. I have been in health and wellness for over ten years working in studios and gyms in Sydney and Adelaide.

​

My aim is to empower individuals to make positive health changes that optimise their daily functioning.

 

I firmly believe that for most of us, we already have everything we need within ourselves to live a happy and healthy life, we only need to discover the tools and practices unique to us.

What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is the practice of empowering individuals to build an optimal relationship with their body, mind and soul. This relationship is built through the practice of daily, sustainable habits. Rome wasn’t built in a day and it is the same for your health. The health and fitness industry sadly focuses too much on quick fixes and fads, rather than sustainable long term healthy habit building. It is the small things we do each day that over time builds a strong, resilient and purposeful human being.
