What you get
After signing up for the 12 week health transformation program, you’ll receive a comprehensive initial consultation to assess your current health, fitness level, and personal goals. Based on this, you’ll get a personalised health program tailored to your needs, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. You’ll also have one personal training session to refine your technique and ensure you’re on the right track, with the option to book additional sessions if you’d like. Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing support and guidance to help you stay motivated and achieve lasting results.
